Check-in
Check-in from 3:00 PM. Luggage can be stored in our luggage room if the room is unavailable. Check-out is possible until the deadline of 11:00 AM. An early check-in is subject to availability and must be requested at reception upon arrival. A late check-out is possible upon request, subject to availability and for a few hours only. It cannot be confirmed in advance. Late check-out requests will only be confirmed on the day of departure and will incur an additional charge according to a scale that may go up to the payment of an additional night.
Booking
Cancellation and payment conditions vary depending on the rate chosen at the time of booking. For telephone or hotel reservations, these conditions will be presented by the receptionist along with the available rate(s). Please enter your stay dates to check your booking conditions. For any group booking (more than 9 rooms) different conditions apply and additional charges may be billed. Only small pets are accepted upon request and subject to payment of an additional fee on top of the nightly rate.

Personal Data
In accordance with Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018, relating to personal data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR), the Client is informed that information provided during booking has been processed for reservation and client management purposes, billing and payment needs, as well as commercial prospecting purposes. The Client is also informed that the hotel has a video surveillance system in the common areas of the building for the security of people and property. The Client has the right to access, rectify, transfer and delete their personal data, which they can exercise through Maison Mère services by writing to the following email address:
[email protected]. The Client can obtain information about how Maison Mère processes their personal data by consulting the Privacy Policy or by sending a request to the following email address:

Bloctel
The Client can use the Bloctel service, a free service allowing registration of their number, their spouse's, or their children's, to oppose telephone prospecting on these numbers. Decree No. 2022-1313 of October 13, 2022, provides that from March 1, 2023, telephone prospecting of consumers will only be authorized Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It will be prohibited on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. This framework will apply both to persons not registered on the 'Bloctel' telephone prospecting opposition list and to those registered but solicited as part of an ongoing contract. Information:
